A 30+ year-old tiled roof with concrete gutters on a bungalow had widespread leakage and structural degradation.
Solution:
We replaced the entire roof structure, added sound and heat insulation, and installed standing seam aluminum roofing with French master craftsmanship. The concrete gutters were sealed using Triflex PMMA resin reinforced with fleece for long-term waterproofing..
